Add stats based on area for all kinds like mons, raids, quests etc. #431

Well, see title.

Right now, this only exists for quests.

I have setup aggregating for worker/pokemon/spawn/status stats for RPL 15/60/1440/10080 to seperate tables using pre defined sql queries from a menu to substract data on worker/area/network level for periods mentioned above.

If there is anything you want to use from this idiot style setup just shout.

In addition, end of day I add pokemon + is_shiny to backup table and delete all location/detection/pokemon tables to keep them slim.
