Mapserver request string as output Token #1146

The ability to use the MapServer Request-String as a Output in TEMPLATES as a
token.  For example:

[request_string]

a further anhancement might be to have the ability to output the request
PARAMETERS as parsed Name/Value pairs.

[request_string pairs]

this might be going overboard a bit, but adding a TEMPLATE for the String OUTPUT
might be interesting too.  One could assign Javascript (or some other
programming flavor) Variables on the fly for example with a prefix/suffix
concatenation process.   I actually have a AutoCAD client that could use this
for assigning AutoLISP variables for example.

There might be enough here for a seperate object to be added the more I think
about it . . .
