Expose mapObj.fontset.fonts to SWIG #1345

Sean,

Can we expsose the hashObj with the fonts to SWIG MapScript so that we can set
fonts without having to use a fontset file?  We discussed this on IRC about
three days ago...

Howard, I made commits to the CVS head including a new fonttest.py.  Wanna give 
it a try and let me know if it works?

This works great and the tests pass.  Closing
