Make sure VALIDATION block is documented... #2265

Reporter: sdlime Date: 2011/03/18 - 15:38 This is a block (e.g. VALIDATION ... END) that is used to hold validation patterns for URL-based changes and now runtime substitutions (see #3522). We need to make sure it is adequately described in the documentation...

This (block validation and map file url substitution) I believe is important as a documentation (personally It takes me several minutes to get it right every time I try to do it and I only try to do simple things)
