@darinacosta, Which issues do we need to create for this epic? Anything beyond the following?:

Phase 2: Refactor Core Composer Components

Composer Replace Angular services with vanilla ES6 modules wherever possible. Estimate: 4
Composer Remove all non-application wide logic from controller. Estimate: 5

Phase 3: Reduce AngularJS Dependencies in Story-tools

Story-tools Replace Angular $http requests with ES6 fetch Estimate: 3
Story-tools Replace $q.all and any other $q promises with Promise and Promise.all. Estimate: 3

@lhcramer Phase 2 would also be a good time to refactor frames. We can discuss how to best divide that into tasks tomorrow.
