Contains some additional fixes to help Track-Studio work better on Linux (and potentially other platforms).

Fixes case-sensitivity issue where the plugin .dll files are stored in plugins instead of Plugins
Fix additional paths to use Path.Combine(...) for better cross platform support.
Added tinyfiledialogs.so file for Linux.
