remove old tiles from db cache #146

Our tile source provider does not allow us to keep the tiles more than 14 days. 
The attached patch add a method purgeTilesFromBefore:(NSDate*) to 
RMDatabaseCache.

It is currently up to the application developer to call this method when 
needed. An improvement would be to add a tile timeout variable to the cache 
config.
