The kind you mentioned requires back-end server support. I don't have the energy or interest to make such a publicly available free service.
Pixiv Downloader has many command-line versions on github that you can run on your own server.
If you can run Aria2 on your router, you can also send it to your router with PUBD for download.

The main reason why I'm asking this is because there's literally no Archiver Site that downloads entire galleries from Pixiv. Perhaps you could do some actual justice by creating an online version of PixivUserBatchDownload similar to Furarchiver?
