Colin Greenstreet sent EM to Michael, Mon Feb 5th, 2017 asking for clarification. Suggested that the datadump should be specified to match the grographic range of Gabor Bakos' leaflet-layer tool: [(http://www.fragosus.pe.hu/Thames/RumseyCollection.htm)]

Michael Stoner replied to Colin Greenstreet's EM cc. Humphrey Southall, Paula Aucott at University of Portsmouth: " I'll have a look at doing a cut of the data for the project, Paula Aucott is finalising the associated text, I'll also have a look at providing the data in a github friendly fashion: https://github.com/blog/1528-there-s-a-map-for-that

Shall I fork the repo and do a pull request with the data? Or I can provide a URL, that might be password protected, and you can directly download from a subfolder on gb1900.org.

The Oblong of the extent is dependant on the view of the browser when I navigate to the url http://www.fragosus.pe.hu/Thames/RumseyCollection.htm, I've checked the html file and it's only has the centre and the zoom. So doesn't define the limits (aka the extents of the oblong) of the data, I can make a educated guess, and provide a superset of the data you need. Note that it's currently 236MB for the 2.7 million transcription for the whole of the UK, so file size should be manageable for this London centric view.

I've CC'd in the rest of the gbhgis team, as I've recently become incredibly busy, and this weekend I am also having guests arrive into the UK. So I think that it would be best if the gbhgis team passes on a overview of gb1900.org and you present it? We have done a little case study here: https://visionofbritainblog.wordpress.com/"
