When using the effect, the highlight color(hottrackingcolor) turns blue. Is it possible for the highlight color to not change? Screenshot_1 Screenshot_4

I don't understand what you're trying to say. What effect are you referring to? Is it related to ExplorerBlurMica?

When making changes to the registry [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors] "HotTrackingColor"="176 21 55" The color of the selected area changes (when you select it with the mouse), but if you turn on ExplorerBlurMica, the selection color becomes blue.
