I cleaned up the scrolling and resizing of lists in the Species List and Dashboard tables. Also, added Percent Match to the Dashboard Table.

LGTM, but let us remove commented out code or add comments for why it's commented out. #shipit

List filtering is on hold right now. We may come back to it. Added comments about that.
