Species list tool returns ambiguous synonyms #190

The species list tool should not return ambiguous synonyms. See discussion here:

Actually I think for search results the rules may be different -- at least, ambiguous synonym support was intentionally added.

I think we need to keep "search for map products" and "species list search" separate. The idea was to turn off ambiguous names for "species list search" and keep ambiguous search results for the "search for map products". Gaurav is at the American Ornithological Union meetings (god help them all) and once back, I am hoping we can set up a clear document about how to proceed with name validation steps for vertebrates and non-vertebrates across both types of searches.

Sorry, badly worded issue. That should be "Species list tool". I've changed the name.
