GBIF data contains point centriods for South African Bird Atlas #191

GBIF at some point ingested the South African Bird Atlas, and has centroid points for each grid square. Since MOL also has the South African Bird Atlas, the GBIF versions are not required.

Lets get the resourceID and add that to the filter we already have when processing GBIF points that gets rid of eBird data...
