TaxRefine integration #196

Includes changes to support TaxRefine/GBIF synonym searching, displaying synonyms separately, and adding multiple search results to the results screen. Does not yet include searching Carsten's database on Map of Life. I'll add Carsten's changes into another branch, but I thought I should get this out to you all for reading and checking.
