Compile from BC post. Available in en and es.

I do not have write access to the protected sheet for watersheds in MOL_Translations.

Did we need the base labels as well @mduong7 ?

If not we can move to qc.

@yanisica Would you be able to provide the Spanish translations?

I provided translation and added the definitions needed for the tooltips and help texts. I also included text to add in the FAQ and Home sections, and suggested a couple of changes. Please review the text and feel free to make all the changes you consider @mduong7 @johnWilshire My suggestions and translations are here

Okay, I made some edits to the english sections and assigned @yanisica in the comments where the spanish translation should be updated. @AnnaSchuerkmann to review and comment before this task can be completed

I reviewed your comments and added a couple of more things (e.g. GADM descriptions, table description for Metrics).
