Sign out on "Settings" page will show errro #177

@huei90 The sign-out function works fine on "Maps" page. However, if I click sign out on "Settings" page (https://www.mappingbird.com/settings), there is error shown. screenshot 2015-02-05 14 40 30

This should be set by backend.

Also route /index should set to our home page.
