1990s guides start listing territories abroad in Central America

The St. Barts island was colonized by the French in the 17th century and still is a French territory. It shows up in the guides first in 1990, reoccurring throughout the decade as a U.S. Virgin Islands listing. St. Barts became popular as a touristic attraction for Americans in the 1960s and 1970s, and only got electricity in the 1980s. Throughout the 20th century, families moved from St. Barts to st. Thomas in the U.S.V.I. in search for better opportunities. No other connection to the U.S.

Similarly, Nassau, in the Bahamas, seems to start showing up in the guides as a locality of the U.S.V.I. in the 1990s.

• Observation: As a result of the work done on the unclear data, the manually geocoded 1990s data has a much cleaner version of the city/state columns. Many of the inconsistencies were fixed, and I made sure to rename the cities to the most accurate designation for geocoding purposes. I.e., for the sake of consistency, data listed under "Nassau" were moved to "Nassau, Bahamas"; data listed under "Charlotte Amalie" were moved to "Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas" since Charlotte Amalie is the actual locality/municipality, and St. Thomas is the territory integrated into the Virgin Islands. No entries were left under purely "St. Thomas" or "St. Croix" which are territories, but not municipalities. This was important because many locations were listed under A in certain years, but under B in other years, despite having the same lat and long coordinates.

Here, another example of listing in the 1990s that refers to a location abroad. Tortola is part of the British Virgin Islands, and in 1995 it even shows up in the guide as its own locality/city with a single listing (the same as the one above, which was screenshot from the 1996 guide).

For the sake of data consistency, the listing above and its other occurrences in different years were moved to "Tortola, British Virgin Islands" until we decide next steps.
