Reorder animation toolbar #488

Suggestion to reorder the animation toolbar to make it a bit easier for newbies to follow.

Especially keen to replace the animation speed buttons - at the moment it looks more like map zoom buttons.

This wil be merged into the Version 1.7.3 release. It needs a few CSS tweaks (doesn't display properly in Chrome as it is) and some modifications to support translation handling (especially problematic on Finish and Japanese when the text gets longer and random things disappear) but I'll do those once it is merged.
