Updating the build process and general development experience.
Added:
Prettier for automatic formatting - npm run format, and use the VS Code extension.
ESLint instead of JSHint - npm run lint:js, and use the VS Code Extension.
StyleLint instead of CSSLint - npm run lint:css, and use the VS Code Extension.
Updated the Gruntfile to remove the linting steps - npm run build.
I haven't commited the file changes when Prettier is run, as you might want to change some of the rules to suit - I just added my personal config. There are also ESLint and StyleLint errors that need to be fixed or the rules amended.
We can also look into setting up a GitHub Action to push releases to the servers via FTP.
