Adding some suggested use cases and capabilities (moving them from status "suggestion" to "placeholder").

Thanks for these @Malvoz, and sorry it's been sitting open so long (🙈 three weeks!)

A few of these I'll probably want to re-write or merge at some point, but it's good to have them in the draft so that people can see them & jump to the discussion.
