This PR changes the remaining references of maps4html.github.io to maps4html.org in the example pages, fixes CORS issues:

Ah, good catch!

(Who knew that changing a website URL would be so complicated??? Cool URLs get cooler all the time by changing it up, isn't that how the saying goes?)
