Fix a few minor inconsistencies #123

This change is editorial, no content change.

I noticed that a lot of the text for web mapping elements is emphasized, so this removes a bunch of <em>s for consistency with all the other MapML elements.

This also adds any missing dots at the end of sentences and ensures that sentences start with an uppercase letter in the content description of elements. This is aligns better with the WHATWG spec.
