The image for the TCRS example in https://maps4html.org/MapML/spec/#examples is out of date, and needs updating.

The image shows the method attribute on <extent> which I believe has been deprecated. Other things?

I have the pptx file somewhere. I'll fix the image and upload the pptx to the repo for future updates
