@shepazu @ahmadayubi and I were discussing this specification, and the comment was made and agreed to that the Introduction part of the specification should say that this document is not specified to the level of detail that would be required by implementers, and that the intention of the community group is to provide a vision and complete coverage for how the Use Cases and Requirements map to the Web Platform, but not to completely specify, in a level of detail that would be acceptable for implementers / WHATWG, how this mapping should be implemented. The intention is that this level of detail should be handed off to and become the responsibility of a W3C / OGC working group.
