"TCRS" (the concept) vs. "tcrs" (the keyword) #49

@dmorissette and everyone

I also find the use of the TCRS acronym to mean apparently different things in different places kind of confusing.

I agree with this but I was at a loss as to how to describe the set of pixel-based coordinate systems associated to each the tile matrices, as a group.

I went with "tcrs" as the keyword to be used in a MapML document (perhaps confusingly), in association to the "pcrs" and "gcrs" keywords (the others being "tile", "tilematrix", "map"), all sort of distinguished as lower-case keywords in a MapML instance document, with "TCRS" being the upper-case abbreviation of the concept of Tiled Coordinate Reference System, which is described in the MapML specification.

It's not too late to change "tcrs", I believe. But, what should it be changed to?

I thought of "pixelmatrix" last night, as an alternative name for "tcrs". I think it brings to mind the "tilematrix" CRSs, but alludes to the fact that pixels are the unit (vs. tiles). Also, the "tile matrix" part of the name, brings to mind the tilematrix parallel set of coordinate systems at different zooms.

What do you think? Is it an improvement? cc @joanma747
