Copy changes to reflect that the workshop has already occurred #150

One question - Should we remove Potential Topics from the homepage? I think the need for them has passed.

Thanks for these changes, Nic. I also agree with your assessment about the Potential Topics list. I'll tackle that after merging this: I'll move that list over to the CFP page, as a record, and maybe replace with a short list of the topics as used in the final report.
