Enable queries on proxied WMS services if available #37

Update: this seems to work under certain conditions. Still need to establish what those conditions are. In fact, if the remote WMS returns GML (apparently), GeoServer is able to convert to MapML on the fly.

Probably can be handled correctly and automatically if we implement #52
