Add Tutorials

Would be helpful to add tutorials to aid new users with getting familiar with the mapml-viewer

Tutorials to Add:

• [ ] Getting Started (getting started)
• [ ] Copy/Paste Layers from one map to another + Pasting GeoJSON
• [ ] Tutorial on making responsive Web maps that adapt to mobile / desktops (to the extent we are able to!)
• [ ] Tutorial on feature styling
• [ ] Tutorial on programming using our APIs / GeoJSON / Custom Projections
• [ ] Tutorial on making a MapML file to reference a WMS or WMTS or perhaps, eventually OGC API services
• [ ] Working with Coordinate reference systems (defaults and others)
• [ ] query links #137

Maybe we should also change "Building from source" to "Contributing", and make it a bit of a tutorial on joining the Community Group, discussing features, and so on. I think that by writing such a section, just like when you write user documentation you learn a bit more about your own feature, I think we might discover some things that are preventing people from contributing.
