Introduce Landsat #2

After the groundwork has been laid with the introduction to raster data (#1), we should introduce the Landsat program and its data products. This would also be a good place to give common use cases for Landsat data (why its important).

  1. Landsat Program History & Goals. Watch this Video
  2. Use Cases ( should collect / show interesting images ). Could use this GIF
  3. Landsat Data

We should discuss this at some point to highlight the importance of public earth science data and the threat it's facing (esp. considering the Landsat program's goal of longevity and a continuous dataset of the Earth).

I'm not sure if it makes more sense to happen in the beginning, when we are giving an overview of Landsat, or at the end, after we've shown what it can do. Thoughts @berylsinc ?
