I had some problems to install maqao on my ubuntu 21.04.

Can't install anything with cmake 3.18.4
Can install maqao with cmake 2.8 but with some troubles while the make/make install steps (warnings, multiple errors with multiple definitions)

I tried with gcc/g++ 10 and 8.
