BBn Strata Review #87

Following the spring survey of 2021, we noticed that a conflict in the survey domains/strata files used for BBn. This should be reviewed in depth during the next framework. Additional notes in SurveySummaryData.R

Updated survey_information.csv and reviewed shapefiles. There may still be an issue with version on Olex.
