Tiny changes:

Bump better-sqlite3 to 8.0.1 to support Apple Silicon
Added SC5000s to the list of tested devices. (I have both SC5000 and SC6000m)

Hey @jaygarcia thanks for this PR! Sorry for snoozing on this, tbh we need to get this repo straightened out a bit, things are kind of spread between this, @chrisle fork (which the npm points to), and my fork (which some proposed changes in it).

Not sure if you've seen this, but I'd love if you could try it out and lmk if it's working well with your setup.

I'll give it a go. I literally tore down my setup this morning for a pure-vinyl Trance set this Saturday :D . I'll re-connect my SC6000Ms Sunday and give it a go. <3
