Describe the bug
Cannot install version 1.3.1. When trying to run the windows installer which I have extracted from .zip, I am greeted with a prompt stating 'the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'NewGAN-Manager disk and click OK.' If I try to uninstall NewGAN-Manager 1.3.0 through windows uninstaller, I am greeted with the same prompt. So I cannot uninstall the old version or install the new version, I have deleted all of the old version files from my PC and the issue remains unchanged. If I try and skip the prompt on the installer, a popup appears stating 'The older version of New-GAN manager cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group'.
