Describe the bug EDIT (forgot descr.) The manager doesn't download.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on 'NewGAN-Manager-Installer-Win-v1.3.1.zip'
  3. Run the installer
  4. See error

Expected behavior I expected there to be the normal menu instead of the WIzard going straight to finish.

It downloads for a bit and then goes to this screen, but the NewGAN-Manager is not installed..

no idea. framework issue.
