NewGAN Manager disappeared from my computer #182

So, I downloaded it first time everything worked well, but the faces werent in the game, probably missed the update skins part or idk, then I downloaded again and again, but the app just doesnt seem to open, I deleted the app in the program folder, but now when I run the installer, the app doesnt even show up, please help me, cause I seriously dont know what to do and no one replies whenever I ask on every single page :(
