Fixed bug where players with less than 7 digit lenght ID were skipped

Are there newgens with id that is less than 7 digits?

Regens, no. There are some players and staff that do have only a few digits. So this change only affects when generating faces for all the db, not just the regens (ie when removing black silhouettes)
