Links to songs on soundcloud should embed a smartlink that opens App.Soundcloud and plays the song.

So if a buddy types: https://soundcloud.com/marak/the-git-rap, it renders as a smartlink which opens App.Soundcloud

This should work the same way that the youtube smartlinks work ( see attached screenshots )
