Add Volume Slider Control to top right of screen

If a Buddy Clicks on the Top Right Navigation Bar Sound Icon there should be a popup menu which shows a Volume Slider Control.

Currently, if a Buddy Clicks on the Top Right Navigation Bar Sound Icon the Desktop will toggle between muting audio on and off.

The Buddy should be able to both easily toggle mute setting, as well as control overall Desktop Volume using a Volume Slider Control.
