Add more Harry Potter spells to Spellbook for Merlin

The spellbook App is now live and needs more spells.

🧙🏿‍♂️ Merlin is a Grand Wizard and our currently inscribed tome is simply not commensurate for his rank at Buddy Pond.

Plenty of spells to choose from! We added ebublio last night.

If someone can rig up a https://party.js.org spell that would be a good start.

Hey since we've gotten a few people asking about how to cast spells on BP: You need to have Agent level security clearance or higher to cast spells.

I just reviewed the backend security code that our team in Asia checked in last night.

This is what the current role check looks like:

Can anyone open a PR that adds a spell that casts BSOD on the user?

After BSOD overlays, the user should be given a button to remove the BSOD.

I checked HP and couldn't find a good name for a sleeping spell.

Could someone PR a snorlax spell that fades the screen down, does some canvas soothing visuals, and plays a nice melody?
