Butterchurn Audio Visualizer not freeing up resources / microphone after exit #72

It looks like some of the Butterchurn logic may still be running after the Visuals window is closed.

We can still see the microphone active icon in browser and are getting performance as-if the visualizations are still running.

Requires short investigation. We should be able to unload everything and free up the microphone.
