The problem occurs if no values have been read. When leaving out the for loop in the function, the error message appears.

Form_HTW1.cb_abteilung.ListIndex is set to -1 (empty). Setting it to 0 throws the error.

Problem: Line break is different! (First few lines changed by me)

Problem appears again.

Mark "Unix (LF)" in the lower left corner (Notepad).

With Notepad++ the setting for line feeds can be changed to Windows (CR LF).
