SAEM ext file has SAEMOBJ not OBJ column, thus rlog fails. #5

rlog expects an OBJ column in run.ext, but does not find it for method SAEM.  
Errors result.

Importance sampling should work with rlog, column name for ofv is identical. 
Bayes method yields blank .ext file, so rlog will not work.
