cwresPlots does not recognize 'variants'. #67

The help for cwresPlots indicates that variants may be passed, and should be 
respected.  When called from NONR, supplied variants are not recognized.

Seems to be fixed already in 5.54.  Note that cwresPlots() only plots residual 
terms against cat.covs and cont.covs.  There are other residual plots that do 
not respond to the 'variant' argument, such as residuals vs. time.
