Updated version numbers #14

Hi, this is a follow-up of my PR #12 I had to abandon my Xamarin project for some time and later I forgot about my offer to build the nuget package for you. I'd like to get back to it and create the package, but I have to bump up the versions first. I'll build the package once you merge in this PR. Thanks in advance and sorry for such a delay.

Hi Michal, i'm not really active on this repository anymore. You can have it if you like and host your own version on Nuget, how does that sound?
