Hello again from Pinguem.ru competition on finding errors. I found some more bugs with PVS-Studio:

Milliseconds component of TimeSpan is used, which does not represent full time interval. Possibly 'TotalMilliseconds' value was intended instead. NetworkCommsDotNet ConnectionSendClose.cs 472
