Provide an inference server script #8

I think the streamlit app can do this as much, but it is way too heavy-weight if only used for this simple job. I'm thinking about a simple "Upload image, download JSON" API.

Wow, it's taken us almost a full month 😮

Anyways, now there is one, the code for it lies in my fork. I host a public instance for anybody to use on a best-effort basis, the endpoint is https://inference.piegames.de/public/upload
