Thanks for your comment :-)
that's really strange since this bug was fixed with version 4.0.2 ... can you run the demo example ?
best, Marc

Dear Marc,
The function bootmlx does not seem to work on R 4.0.2 and R Studio version
- It only generates dataset but does not run.
I have tried to install your latest update of Rmlx on github (4.2.2) but I can't solve the problem
Thanks for your help and for the different packages and software you develop ! They are great !

Hi Marc,
Yes other demo examples work well, which makes me confuse what is wrong with my mlxtran file.
I have re-ran my model on Monolix 2021 to get mlxtran file or looked at the dataset again but nothing seems wrong?
All datasets generated by bootmlx seem to run well in Monolix, which is more tricky to figure out my bootmlx function did not work
Can I have your email to sent my dataset to you?
Thank you very much
Quan.

Dear Marc and Quan, We experience the same issue with our data, using Rsmlx 5.0.1. I don´t know whether the problem was resolved or not. In our case, the issue was the steady state column in the dataset. If the steady state is present, the datasets are correctly created, but then R freezes. If we don´t use the steady state (in the same dataset), the bootstrap works fine. Ricardo
Dear Marc and other users, I am experiencing the same issue with the new version. Is the issue resolved? Thank you Surendhar
Dear Marc
I updated to Rsmlx 2023.1.2, but bootmlx still gets stuck after building the first dataset. My dataset has occasions and iov is estimated. Other examples from the model library are running fine.
Do you know any workaround for this issue?
Thank you and kind regards, Verena
thank you Verena for reporting this bug. Can you send me a project so that I can reproduce and fix it? best regards,
Marc

Dear Marc
Thank you so much for your answer and your offer!
Please find attached the mlxtran-file, the data, and the model file. We highly appreciate your support, as the bootstrapping is the only missing step in our model analysis.
Have a great day and kind regards,
Verena

Hi Verena
I didn't receive the attached files. I guess that you should send them directly from your email address best,
Marc
