bootmlx only generates dataset but not run #10

Dear Marc,

The function bootmlx does not seem to work on R 4.0.2 and R Studio version 2022. It only generates dataset but does not run.

I have tried to install your latest update of Rmlx on github (4.2.2) but I can't solve the problem

Thanks for your help and for the different packages and software you develop ! They are great !

that's really strange since this bug was fixed with version 4.0.2 ... can you run the demo example ?

Hi Marc,

Yes other demo examples work well, which makes me confuse what is wrong with my mlxtran file.

I have re-ran my model on Monolix 2021 to get mlxtran file or looked at the dataset again but nothing seems wrong?

All datasets generated by bootmlx seem to run well in Monolix, which is more tricky to figure out my bootmlx function did not work

Can I have your email to sent my dataset to you?

Dear Marc and Quan, We experience the same issue with our data, using Rsmlx 5.0.1. I don´t know whether the problem was resolved or not. In our case, the issue was the steady state column in the dataset. If the steady state is present, the datasets are correctly created, but then R freezes. If we don´t use the steady state (in the same dataset), the bootstrap works fine. Ricardo

I updated to Rsmlx 2023.1.2, but bootmlx still gets stuck after building the first dataset. My dataset has occasions and iov is estimated. Other examples from the model library are running fine.

Do you know any workaround for this issue?
