Write wiki pages that inform about the details of every (type of) form, and the various stages of their respective process.

Tools: Markdown, Diagrams (Mermaid or other text-based diagram tools), video tutorials, etc.

IMPORTANT! Please validate additions/modifications to the wiki with AGEG's administrative staff and/or members accustomed to forms procedures.

Closing the issue

This issue will be closed and categorized as "abandonned", as I currently don't see much benefit in writting a thorough documentation of the administrative process behind the forms, and I prefer to add bits of useful information directly into the UI.
