I have 12.04 LTS 64 bits. My OpenCV installed is "ros-hydro-opencv2" package
(OpenCV 2.4.6) because I have ROS installed. It seems to have a package called
"libopencv-dev" (version 2.3.1) on synaptic. Which one are you using? I have
also GCC version 4.6.3.
