Find the best parameters for bp_osd under different situations #8

A guide on how to choose the different options for bp and osd (e.g. "bp_method", "osd_order", ...) could be useful for when we have a given experiment (i.e. noise type, noise level, number of QEC cycles, ...).

Use the insight from Roffe's presentation in Benasque 2024.

Create a benchmarking directory (or something like this) that stores these studies. This will help users in the future. I could even have some defaults for different codes that can be imported with this repo.
